Telangana Horticulture Department is conducting special training classes on vegetable cultivation on rooftops and in balconies. Experts will give comprehensive training on basics of site selection, plant selection, soil mixture preparation, seed selection, organic fertilizer management, water management, organic pest control management methods.
Later, The Horticulture Training Institute in Red Hills will arrange a visit to rooftop garden.
For those who are interested, training will be conducted in the urban farming scheme on fourth Sunday (25-09-2022) at Horticulture Training Centre, Red Hills, Nampally, Hyderabad.
