Jain Housing and Constructions built 620 flats, divided into four blocks, in 2016 in Vadapalani of Chennai.

Later, 464 owners joined the flats and started living there. However, the roof of the building started developing leakages. The incident on the roof of an apartment building took place two days ago. Last month, a similar incident took place in one of the flats. Therefore, in this backdrop, the association felt that the quality of construction of the apartments was inferior and lodged a complaint with the police. However, Jain Housing and Constructions MD Sandeep clarified that repair works are going on in the building.
