It was also advised to utilise the services of the CREDAI and other organisations in preparation of the the master plan in GO 111 area. CREDAI Telangana president Muralikrishna Reddy welcomed the government’s decision to revoke GO 111. He suggested for preparing the master plans for all the district headquarters.

CREDAI Hyderabad President Ramakrishna Rao felt that a special master plan of Hyderabad should be drawn up to cater to the growing population and needs in order to propel the growth in next 25-30 years. He suggested that the government develop at least 2,000 acres in GO 111 area, reflecting the uniqueness of Hyderabad and its culture. He said the TS-bPASS was a great success and wanted more government departments to be integrated into it, for smooth functioning. He urged the government to remove the challenges encountered by the builders for environmental clearance. He suggested that the government should come forward to develop eco-tourism in the State on the lines of Kerala. Permissions should be granted to facilitate construction in around 50 per cent of Peri Urban Zone areas. He also urged the government to address the issue of labour shortage, citing that the construction sector has been paralysed for the past ten days due to unavailability of workers at construction sites as they left for their native places.

Impressive stalls

CREDAI Property Show has become synonymous with huge and attractively designed stalls. The layout of the stalls was different from the past shows. They have been designed such that prospective home buyers were able to visit any stall, sit there and learn about the respective projects. CREDAI Hyderabad has made all sorts of arrangements in a planned manner to make the property show a success.
