- CREDAI urges State government
- Eco-tourism should be developed
CREDAI Hyderabad general secretary Rajasekhar Reddy urged the State government to reduce registration fees for at least three months to support the construction sector in reviving itself. He was speaking at the inaugural function of the CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show, which was kicked off at Hitex in Madhapur on Friday. He emphasised on developing and promoting destination homes and tourism homes in the State.
Further, Rajasekhar Reddy wanted the government to develop the GO 111 area into a tourist destination. He said the builders were ready to develop affordable and middle segment projects, but requested the government provide necessary land. The government was requested to develop the IT sector in areas like Miyapur and Bachupally. It was also advised to utilise the services of the CREDAI and other organisations in preparation of the the master plan in GO 111 area. CREDAI Telangana president Muralikrishna Reddy welcomed the government’s decision to revoke GO 111. He suggested for preparing the master plans for all the district headquarters.
Impressive stalls
CREDAI Property Show has become synonymous with huge and attractively designed stalls. The layout of the stalls was different from the past shows. They have been designed such that prospective home buyers were able to visit any stall, sit there and learn about the respective projects. CREDAI Hyderabad has made all sorts of arrangements in a planned manner to make the property show a success.
