IPL batting sensation Prithvi Shah recently purchased a luxury flat in Bandra area of Mumbai at a cost of Rs 10.5 crore, it is learnt.
The 2,209-sft flat with a 1654-sft terrace is situated on the eighth floor of 81 Aureate Towers in Bandra. As part of the agreement reached with builder, three parking slots were allotted to Prithvi Shah. The registration was completed on April 28. Prithvi Shah paid Rs 52.5 lakh towards stamp duty. In fact, he purchased the flat from Pyramid Developers and Ultra Life space. When this correspondent tried to contact the cricketer for his response, he could not be reached. Prithvi Shah led Under-19 cricket team of the country to victory in World Cup in 2018. The same year, Delhi Daredevils shelled down Rs 1.2 crore to acquire him. Currently, he is playing on behalf of the Delhi Capitals. In domestic cricket, he represents Mumbai team.
