Bollywood actress Kajol buys retail space in Goregaon West, Mumbai, for nearly Rs 29 crore. The 4,365 square feet retail property is located on the ground floor of a project on Linking Road in Bangur Nagar, and was bought from Bharat Reality Ventures Private Limited. The registration took place on March 6, and she paid Rs 1.72 crore as stamp duty.
This property also comes with five car parking spaces. In 2023, Kajol had also purchased office space in Mumbai for Rs 7.64 crore. This office space, covering 194.67 square meters of carpet area, is situated in the Signature Building in Oshiwara, Andheri West, Mumbai. Later that year, she bought an apartment in Mumbai for Rs 16.50 crore from Bharat Reality Ventures Private Limited.
