The 1,146 square foot office space, located in One Place Lodha in Lower Parel, was sold for Rs 8 crores. The buyers of this property are Vipul Sa and Kashmera Shah. The registration for the property took place on the 16th of this month, with a stamp duty of Rs 48 lakhs and a registration fee of Rs 30,000 paid. Along with the office space, the property also includes two car parking spots.
Akshay Kumar had purchased this property in 2020 for Rs 4.85 crores, meaning he earned a 65% return on his investment. Lower Parel is one of the key commercial and residential destinations in Mumbai, featuring luxury apartments and Grade-A office spaces.
