Akshay Kumar sells office space for Rs 8 crore

Popular actor Akshay Kumar recently sold his office space in Lower Parel, Mumbai, for Rs 8 crores. This marks a significant sale, as in recent months, he has sold properties worth Rs 100 crores. The 1,146 square foot office space, located in One Place Lodha in Lower Parel, was sold for Rs 8 crores. The buyers of this property are Vipul Sa and Kashmera Shah. The registration for the property took place on the 16th of this month, with a stamp duty of Rs 48 lakhs and a registration fee of Rs 30,000 paid. Along with the office space, the property also includes two car parking spots.

Akshay Kumar had purchased this property in 2020 for Rs 4.85 crores, meaning he earned a 65% return on his investment. Lower Parel is one of the key commercial and residential destinations in Mumbai, featuring luxury apartments and Grade-A office spaces. It is also in close proximity to major business hubs like Bandra-Kurla Complex and Nariman Point. Bollywood celebrities such as Abhishek Bachchan, Shahid Kapoor, Amish Tripathi, and Manoj Bajpayee also own properties in Lower Parel.

The One Place Lodha project is developed by Macrotech Developers Limited and spans an area of 1.08 acres.
