The traffic volume on Miyapur-Bachupally road, beyond the JNTU, would be very high making it difficult for the office goers and others to commute on the road. Long abck, people flocked to Nizampet and bought flats there as the prices were affordable. They are used to the frequent traffic jams on the road.
