The domestic real estate market is all set to gallop, especially the market for residential units. Noted real estate agency Anarock has predicted that at least 5.6-lakh houses are going to be built this year across seven major towns and cities. In 2022, the number of residential units supposed to be built was 4, 02,000. The number rose to 5, 57,900 by this year. According to the schedule, the realtors are supposed to build 5.6-lakh units in seven cities across the nation as per the schedule and give possession to the buyers.
Compared to the last year, the increase is as good as 39%. Regarding Hyderabad real estate market, this year the number of residential units supposed to be built are 23,800, which is up from the last year’s 11,700 units. This year, Delhi market is ahead of other markets in giving possession of the units. It is supposed to build 1,70,100 and give them possession to the buyers, where as Mumbai market occupied the second position with 1,31,400units.
