Janapriya Engineers CMD K. Ravinder Reddy
Janapriya Engineers Chairman K. Ravinder Reddy said that Hyderabad is the heart of Telangana. Speaking to Real Estate Guru in the background of the 2023 elections, he said that the lack of geographical barriers to the growth of the city is a compelling factor. Everyone likes the atmosphere, culture, and infrastructure here. Therefore, a large percentage of people will focus on living in Hyderabad, he said.
“There are about four crore people in Telangana state, out of which up to one and a half crore people live in the surrounding areas of Hyderabad. The number of people migrating to the city from different parts of the country and many areas of Telangana is increasing day by day. The education, medical, IT, and financial sectors are developing extensively in the city. Due to this, job and employment opportunities are expanding. As a result, the number of people buying houses will increase significantly. In total, the revenue generated by Hyderabad can be utilized across the country. The higher the income, the more money can be spent on other needs. Any newly formed government in this order will focus on the development of Hyderabad,” he added.
This is our specialty!
“Hyderabad is the heart of Telangana. It is possible to set up industries even at a distance of about 100 and 150 kilometres from here. However, there is no such opportunity in other metro cities of the country. Because in the case of Chennai, there is sea on one side and the AP border on the other. In the case of Bengaluru, Andhra Pradesh is within 50 kilometers. Even in Mumbai, there is sea on one side. While for Delhi, let’s say it is a bit bigger than Hyderabad. That’s why Noida and Gurgaon are developing there. There are at least one and a half million people in our city living around Hyderabad, so the income here can be spent on the remaining sixty percent of the people in the state of Telangana. The more revenue increases, the more money there is to use for the benefit of the people. So, whichever government comes to power, Hyderabad has to be developed.”
