The latest housing price tracker report by Credai, Colliers, and Liases Foras has revealed that house prices in Hyderabad have increased by 19 percent compared to all other cities in the country. In the third quarter of 2023, house prices increased by 10 percent across the country and by 18 percent in Bengaluru. Unsold inventory declined in the Delhi NCR region. The report revealed that sales are likely to increase further towards the end of this year, and the market will strengthen. Special offers for the festive season, including attractive prices and lucrative schemes for home buyers, will contribute to this.
Credai National Chairman Boman Irani said that the sentiment of home buyers has increased in 2023. That is why house registrations have increased and prices have indirectly increased. The sales trend will continue in the same way because of a stable economy, job security, and a stable environment. He said that sustainable development and the construction of greenhouses will be developed at a later level in the industry. He said that due to the increase in demand for spacious houses in areas like Kolkata, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR, and Bengaluru, the prices of the projects under construction have also increased.
