Aurobindo’s Tattva Sansa County is a pre-launch magic

A once-in-a lifetime opportunity… Waterfront villas in 405 yards… at just Rs. 2.90 crores… is how Aurobindo Tattva is promoting its pre-launch sales in its Sansa County in Patancheru. Now only a few villas are available. If delayed, the price may be increased again, and it may sell them at Rs. 4.3 crore. Can anyone find hope in an ad like this? If villas are being sold openly in the pre-launch in India’s largest integrated township, the Telangana RERA Authority’s mode of work is called into question. If any other company sells villas in pre-launch instead of this company, the RERA authority will threaten that company. It is not sure why RERA turned a blind eye to Aurobindo.

This company is selling villas in its second and third phases without obtaining permission from the RERA. As part of the pre-launch in the second phase, villas spread over 3900 square feet in 300 yards are being sold. As part of the latest pre-launch of the third phase, a 4700-square-foot villa in 405 yards is being sold for Rs. 2.90 crore. If the rate has to be increased from now on, the villa will be sold for around Rs. 4.3 crore. This makes some buyers greedy. And, to what extent is it correct for the real estate companies to talk about the price hike so heedlessly? Selling in pre-launch is a mistake. Some buyers are asking why the TS RERA authority is not concerned when they are selling openly about the price hike. It is being asked whether this organisation has been given the option to sell villas even without RERA permission. By now, the RERA authority should stop the pre-launch sales of Aurobindo Tattva Homes Housing Society; otherwise, the same trend is likely to be seen in every township.

Who is Aurobindo?

Do you know who will build the Sansa County project? Aurobindo Realty, which has been renamed Auro Realty, is playing a key role in developing this integrated township project. It is known that Sarath Chandra Reddy, the MD of Aurobindo Realty Company, played a key role in the Delhi liquor scam.
