John Abraham buys a swanky bungalow for Rs. 71 crore
Popular Bollywood actor John Abraham bought a bungalow in the Khar area of Mumbai. Built on a thousand-yard plot of land, this bungalow was acquired by spending Rs. 70.83 crore. Named 372 Nirmal Bhawan, this bungalow has G+2 floors spread across 5,416 square feet. John Abraham bought this property from 10 members of the same family. Stamp duty of Rs. 4.25 crore was paid towards property registration done on December 27.
The actor is currently staying in a 4,000-square-foot penthouse called Villa in the Sky, located on the 7th and 8th floors in Bandra West. Meanwhile, apart from being an actor, John has invested in many businesses. These include internet services, food and beverages, community, fitness, and lifestyle. He also owns a football team in the Indian Super League and a hockey team in the Hockey India League.
