The GHR Infra has grounded its project titled GHR Callisto in Kollur, near Hyderabad, on an 8.3-acre site. The project would have four magnificent high-rise towers building a total of 1190 flats. The developer is going to hand over the flats in December 2025 to the buyers.
GHR group managing partner V Shyamsundar Reddy, who disclosed this at a media conference, said that the project is being developed into that meets the needs of the city dwellers. The project management and BIM services will be provided by the Tata Projects for the GHR Callisto. He said that the group is very happy to come out with a premium apartment community project in Kollur. CEO of the project Kartish Reddy Madgula said that the project offers the best ever opportunities for the prospective home buyers.
