G- Square Hiring, a realtor selling plots in South India, has announced its entry into the Hyderabad real estate market. It has revealed that its projects are going to be launched near the Microsoft Data Center to be set up in BN Reddy Nagar and Shadnagar on Sagar Road. The company said that it is going to offer premium projects to property buyers in Telangana. It has been said that measures are being taken to ensure that all necessary infrastructure and facilities are available to all. The G- Square Housing explained that it has given its customers a hassle-free experience by providing five years of free maintenance along with clear documentation.
” So far, about 4500 consumers received plots in more than 60 projects on a thousand acres of land. We are very happy to enter the real estate market of Hyderabad. G- Square is currently the largest plot promoter in South India. We are operating in six cities of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. We have big plans for Hyderabad. This is going to be our biggest zone in the current financial year,” said N. Eshwar, CEO of G- Square Housing. All G- Square projects are residential and commercial plots. Apart from selling plots, G- Square also provides necessary advice and suggestions for construction.
