Anvita Group has launched a new project called Anvita Parkside Villas in Ravalkole, Medchal Mandal, Rangareddy district. Notably, this is the first project of its kind in the country.
The project is designed with the innovative idea of having a private park at the back of each home. The goal is to encourage children, who are often glued to gadgets, to leave them behind and play in the garden. According to Anvitha Group MD Achyuta Rao, the project is designed with this aim in mind.

The foundation stone for this project was laid with much grandeur, and during the event, he spoke with real estate experts. He mentioned that the project is planned to be completed in two and a half to three years. In addition to the private parks, the villas will be built with all modern amenities. He also highlighted that development in Hyderabad isn’t limited to just the west side; it is happening in all directions.
