The building has been built using eco-friendly technology and state-of-the-art modern designs.
The building can be described as the one and only green building in Somajiguda. Novel conceptualization and stability are the hallmarks of the Pranava Group. The building was given an IGBC pre-gold certificate too.
The total plinth area of the building, divided into G+19 floors, is put at 5 lakh sft. The carpet space on each floor is set at 27000 sq ft.
