Case against builder for cheating Rs 12.9 crore..

Case was registered against a builder for trying to dupe 22 customers to the tune of Rs 12.9 crore. A case was registered against Shashank Govind Prasad Pandey (46) of Nagpur by the economic offences wing of the police department in this regard. Pandey built Divya Prayag Apartment in Vanjari Nagar. He pledged 22 flats of the apartment complex with the DHFL Bank and later sold the pledged flats for Rs 12.90 crore. On learning about the fraud, the 22 victims lodged a complaint with the police.
