Better act now to avoid disappointment later,” goes on the advertising blitzkrieg of the realtor AV Infracon Private Limited.
The company is accused of trying to dupe the customers by offering to sell 2BHK flats at Rs 28 lakh each at a time building materials’ prices, including cement and steel, have sky-rocketed. The publicity has the HMDA logo. Under the logo reads the caption “the HMDA proposed lay-out” in small print. There are allegations that the realtor is out to dupe the gullible public.
The same realtor offers to sell a 2BHK flat in Pocharam area of Pathancheru at Rs 27 lakh each. It offered to build 208 2BHK flats in the project and commenced commercial sale of the flats. People are advised to not to be lured by the attractive offers to avoid burning their fingers on purchasing the flat in the project. Afterwards, they would have to go on a search to locate the non-existent flats, a situation is likely to unfold.
