Another huge property purchase took place in Mumbai, the financial capital of the country. Macleods Pharmaceuticals Company promoters Giridhari Lal Bawri, Rajendra Agarwal, and Bhanwari Lal Bawri bought a bungalow in Juhu, Mumbai, for Rs. 101 crore. The G+1 bungalow is spread across 3604 square feet. Rs. 6.06 crore was paid under stamp duty. This registration was done on February 16. In 2022, 75,000 square feet of land were purchased for Rs. 332.8 crore by Agarwal Holdings Private Limited, which belongs to them. Also, in 2021, this company bought a bungalow in Juhu for Rs. 85 crore.
