Jagdish Master buys an apartment for Rs 105 crore
Another expensive transaction has taken place in Mumbai, the financial capital of the country. An apartment at Oberoi 360 West in Worli was sold for Rs 105 crore. Jagdish Master, Director of Deep Financial Consultants, purchased the flat. The apartment, measuring 7,139 square feet, is located on the 60th floor of Oberoi 360 West. The cost per square foot of the apartment came to Rs 1.48 lakh. This purchase also includes five car parking spaces. Additionally, a stamp duty of Rs 3.97 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000 were paid.
Oberoi 360 West is a luxury residential project by Oberoi Realty, consisting of two towers with 4 BHK and 5 BHK units. The project includes duplex apartments and penthouses as well. Interestingly, Jagdish Master’s wife, Urjita Jagdish Master, also purchased a luxurious apartment on the 59th floor of the same building for Rs 105 crore. This project is home to Bollywood stars and high-net-worth individuals.
