Three floors.. Mud roads

The Cabinet has taken a decision to cancel 111 GO. However, this area should be developed in a planned manner rather than a concrete jungle.

  •  Cantonment area, BHEL, DRDL and many central government institutions are located in hundreds of acres of land.. constructions are in less area.. due to the large number of trees.. greenery is spreading in the city. The TRS government is already working to promote greenness.
  • Greenery is already there in 111 GO area. When Gandipet and Himayat Sagar are full, the groundwater rises up to four to five kilometers. Greenness increases. After lifting the Triple One GO in the vicinity of the twin reservoirs, what kind of structures are allowed there is crucial.
  • Here construction of houses should be allowed in area of quarter acre, half acre or acre. Of that only 15 to 20 percent construction should be allowed up to three floors. The rule to grow trees in the rest of the land should be followed.
  • Only dirt roads should be allowed instead of concrete jungle. Trees should be grown next to it.
  • Provision should be made to establish a small STP for each house. Otherwise, constructions have not been allowed there because of the fear that if new houses come, the drainage water will mix with the drinking water.
  • If this is done.. After ten years this area will look very beautiful if seen from above.

In India itself, in more than one lakh acres, no area can be seen as beautiful as this. Between ORR, Triple R.. twin reservoirs, ponds and ponds, it looks like the most amazing green city. Water should be lifted from Himayat Sagar and Usman Sagar. Ponds and ponds within 111 GO should be filled through pipes twice a year. This will increase the groundwater here. Thus grow big trees. If they are large, ten times the greenery will grow.

Inequalities should be removed

Even though 84 villages have been brought under 111 GO, many engineering colleges, medical colleges, hospitals and layouts have come up. That is, governments have so far failed to prevent illegal constructions. There is a need to develop this area in a new way while greening and protecting it. Due to 111 GO, injustice has been done to the farmers here for a few years. If an acre is forty crores in Kokapet which is next to it, it is not more than four crores in these areas. It seems that the state government has raised 111 GO to remove these inequalities. After removing 111 GO, rates will increase in surrounding areas. Land prices may decrease in other areas.
