What is the loss to the real sector?

The specialty of Osman Sagar and Himayat Sagar reservoirs is that they provide fresh water to four lakh families without any emissions. It can be said that 25 acres is needed every year to build commercial complexes and shopping malls. In total, around 800 acres are required every year to build apartments and IT complexes in Hyderabad real estate. Suppose we add 200 acres to this and the total is 1000 acres. Let’s assume that after the removal of 111 GO, only 65 thousand acres will be available. That is, it can be said that enough land will be available for the next sixty five years.

If 111 GO is lifted.. the land prices will increase in those areas. If not, there is no chance of land rates falling in other parts of West Hyderabad. As a result, there is a risk that the rates of apartments sold there will go down. Until now, the projects of building multi-storied and skyscrapers in UDS and pre-launches will be stopped.
