The Jaganmohan Reddy government is conducting Global Investors’ Summit at Visakhapatnam with the objective of bringing investments to Andhra Pradesh. The event commenced on a grand note on the premises of the AU Engineering college grounds in the city. Delivering a key-note address, Finance Minister Buggana Rajendranath Reddy went on record stating that the state has ample natural resources. The steel city has cosmopolitan culture. He said that the scope is vast for launching industries in renewable sources of energy. The Chief Minister has clear cut vision on the business sector and promotion of industries. The state ranked number one in ease of doing business. The AP got the distinction three times in a row.
Buggana said that the industrial development is taking place only with the resources, facilities and opportunities available in the respective areas, AP has immense resources and there are plenty of opportunities. He said that Andhra Pradesh is at the top in agriculture based products and the state has become an address for skilled human resources. The minister said that AP has no competition in terms of opportunities in the field of renewable energy. He expressed hope that the state government under the leadership of CM YS Jagan will take steps towards progress in every field.
