An awesome project has been launched at Gundlapochampally. The project has been named as E11 Evolve Homes. It is coming up on a site area of one acre. It will have a double cellar, ground plus 8 floors. In all, 86 flats ranging with plinth areas ranging between 1485 sq ft and 2232 sq ft would be built to offer 2 bhk, 2.5 bhk and 3 bhk properties. The terrace of the structure is going to house a sky garden, an open-air gym, a barbeque, a sitting view lounge and a mini theater.
The additional features of the project like a reception lounge, an event space for 85 people and a grocery store would be provided on the ground floor. Each floor would have 10 flats. The flats would have a modular kitchen. False ceiling in corridors, balconies, lights, wardrobes, and partitions would be done by the builder. Also, all doors will be 8 feet tall. 2.5 x 5 feet tiles will be used. The balconies will have grills fixed for safety. In all, 2.6-lakh sq ft of area is under construction. The builder is making plans to hand over the flats by October 2023 against the deadline of March 2024.
