A project titled Gateway Home Land is being groomed in Balanagar, just 4 km away from Kukatpalli Y Junction. The builder of the project is Raghuram Infrastructures India Pvt Ltd. The project would be completed in two phases. The site area of the project is on 18 acres. In phase-1, 17 floors will be built in 7 blocks in 12 acres. All flats are 3 BHK flats with plinth areas ranging between 1700 and 2260 sq ft.
In all, 2000 flats would be built in two phases. The Phase-1 is going to be completed by December 2026. Two club houses offering more than 35 facilities and spread over an area of 95000 sft would be built. Currently, booking of flats has started in Block-C and Block-I. The price of the flat is pegged at Rs.5,999 per sq ft. so that the starting price of flats would be Rs 1.25 crore.
