Knight Frank India anticipates over Rs 18,616 Cr investments
Knight Frank India – a research-oriented organisation – has estimated that the gross inflow of investments in realty sector in the country in 2022 would be around US Dollar 250 crore (which is Rs 18,616 crore). Reforms initiated in construction sector of late lent necessary support to the realty sector. The reforms attracted investors from overseas.
In this backdrop, a congenial atmosphere has been created in India to attract overseas investments, opines Knight Frank India Managing Director Shishir Baijal. It identified the USA, the UK, Germany, France and Netherlands as the suitable countries to make cross-border investments in the country’s realty sector in 2022.
