HYDRA gives another shock.. cases on officers now

Responds to a news by Real Estate Guru

In FTL, buffer zone..

It is known that last week the Real Estate Guru published a news report asking HYDRA to not only demolishing illegal constructions in FTL and buffer zones but also take strict action against the officials who granted those permits. In response, HYDRA has made a key decision: it has decided to file cases against the municipal officials who issued these illegal permits.

During the demolition process, HYDRA is facing some difficulties in certain areas. Several builders are challenging HYDRA officials by stating that they constructed their buildings only after receiving the necessary permits, and questioning what their fault is in this situation. In this context, it appears that HYDRA has made another key decision. Reports suggest that HYDRA has decided to take action against officials who granted permits for illegal constructions in FTL and buffer zones.

As part of the first stage, HYDRA is determined to take action against officials who issued permits for constructions within the FTL zone. Following this, it is understood that HYDRA plans to collect details about officials who permitted constructions in buffer zones and take action against them as well.

As part of this, it is reported that HYDRA has recommended filing criminal cases against six officials. The recommendation includes Chandanagar GHMC Deputy Commissioner, the Assistant Planning Officer of HMDA, the Superintendent of Gandipet, the Municipal Commissioner of Nizampet, the Surveyor, and the MRO of Nizampet. With this move, HYDRA, which has previously been involved in demolishing illegal constructions, is now preparing to take action against officials who granted permits for such illegal constructions, leading to apprehension among the relevant department officials.
