Green Metro pr-launch scam!

Another scam has come to light in the real estate sector. Registration for flats in the Tulasi Bhagyanagar project initiated by the Green Metro Company in 2020 has not been done for many buyers till today. Consequently, complaints have been filed against Tulasi Bhagyanagar and Chakka Venkata Subramanyam at the CCA, and a case has been filed with the RERA.

In 2020, some buyers got together and bought flats under the prelaunch offer in a project called Tulsi Bhagyanagar of Green Metro Infratech. Each buyer paid around 25 to 30 lakhs. Around a hundred buyers bought flats. However, registration was done for some of those who bought through bank loan. Those who have paid 100% did not get their flats registered even today. When Green Metro MD Boddu Ashok was contacted about the same thing he paid no heed. Moreover, the victims alleged that he tried to attack them.

The problem…

During Covid in 2020, what did Green Metro Company do? It entrusted Bhuvanteza Company to sell flats in Tulsi Bhagyanagar project. With this, what the company’s MD Chakka Venkatasubramaniam did was that he set up staff at the respective sites and sold the flats. They are selling flats that are not sitting on the project site. Moreover, since the price is low in the pre-launch, the buyers have paid hundred percent of the money. Real Estate Guru’s investigation revealed that MD Chakka Subramaniam of Bhuvanteza Company did not pay the money taken from the buyers to Green Metro Company. Even though the buyers have been telling the company’s MD Ashok for the last four years, it is reported that he did not pay much attention. He sat confident that he would do the registration only when the money came from Bhuvanteza. It is known that Chakka Venkata Subramaniam, who was arrested in the same pre-launch scam, got bail from the High Court. Now, the government should take steps to do justice to these buyers.
