Several developers have launched projects in Tellapur, Kollur, Pati Ghanapur in Hyderabad and started apartments. Some have built apartments while others built gated community projects. Some others are building villages in these hot locations. Many developers have started projects in these destinations by virtue of their proximity to Gachchi Bowli and Financial District.

According to the number of permissions issued by the Telangana RERA for realty projects in these areas, at least 13,000 to 16,000 flats are being built here and construction activity is going on with the objective to deliver the properties in three years.

Sometime back these very areas fuelled the undesirable practice of sale of the pre-launch sales of the projects in Hyderabad. Out of greediness to become millionaires overnight, many turned out to be developers venturing into the realty sector from other fields of activity. They collected crores of rupees at these very hot destinations in the name of pre-launch sales of properties. There are many who are yet to launch their projects. Therefore, it is advisable to buy properties from RERA-approved projects. It is advisable to verify the background of the builder, completed projects by builder, rate being quoted by builder, amenities offered and other relevant aspects before deciding to buy a property.
