Development of three ponds at a budget of Rs. 30 crore

It has been decided to beautify three ponds near the Vasavi Sarovar project under corporate social responsibility. Each pond is being developed by spending about Rs 10 crore, for a total budget of Rs 30 crore. It is being designed in such a way that others will take inspiration from it in the future. The company is planning to complete the project by the end of 2026 and hand it over to the buyers. In this, many bumper prizes will be given to the flat buyers through spin and win, including free car parking for some customers. They also plan to send a couple (husband and wife) on a trip to Bali.
