The decision has been made to collaborate on the development of the Trump World Center project.
Kundan Spaces has partnered with real estate firm Tribeca Developers to develop the Trump World Center in Pune. This project marks the entry of the Trump Organization into India’s commercial real estate sector. The project will span 4.3 acres and will feature two iconic glass towers, each with 27 floors, exclusively designed for office spaces. A total of 1.6 million square feet of space will be available. The company plans to sell space in one tower and lease large office spaces in the other tower. The project is expected to generate sales of around Rs 2,500 crore.
The Trump Organization and Tribeca Developers will jointly launch several residential and commercial projects across the country. “The Trump brand has been warmly received in India. With numerous iconic projects already undertaken, the Trump Organization is proudly launching its first commercial project in India,” said Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of the company.
