A new project called Vertex Viraat has been launched in Miyapur. Six skyscrapers of G Plus 30 floors are being constructed on 8.75 acres land. A total of 1,428 units comprising two bedroom and three bedroom flats in the size of ranging from 1,340-2,030 sq.ft, are available. The uniqueness of this project is that one can enjoy the beauty of nature and the proximity to the city. The project is taking shape with many facilities like gym, crèche, guest rooms, spa and salon, multi-purpose hall, business lounge, badminton courts, preview theater, squash court, swimming pool, yoga, meditation hall, walking, jogging track and grand entrance.
Vertex Group MD VVR Varma who spoke at the grand launch of the project revealed that the site of newly launched Vertex Virat project in Miyapur was sort of historically important in the construction sector. Nagarjuna Group Chairman KVK Raju has built a guest house in the same location and conducted his company’s operations. Later, the company grew to higher levels, providing employment to lakhs of people.
The then Chief Minister NT Rama Rao visited the same site and appreciated local atmosphere. He said that it is a pleasure to launch the Vertex Viraat project in such a site. He said that Vertex Company was started in 1994 and developed a gated community in Nizampet even before 2004. He declared that the clubhouse culture was brought to Hyderabad by the company despite having less units. He said that while there are 1,428 units in Vertex Virat, out of which about 400 units belong to land owners. The company owns more than 1,000 units, of which more than 350 units have already been. He expressed happiness over sale of over 350 units within short span. Varma stated that their customers were like their family members and their mission is to keep them happy.
