The specialty of the portal is that it has video call facility for the prospective buyers to speak to the builder or the sales executive directly to enquire about the property of their choice.
The buyers can buy property of their choice without hesitation as the portal has all the RERA project details. The portal is also beneficial to land lords who are keen to give their land for development. For the purpose, they are dependent on real estate consultants.
