The CREDAI Hyderabad in association with the NAREDCO and Telangana Builders’ Federation and Telangana Developers’ Association has conducted the Real Estate Summit-2023 at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre at Novotel.
The CREDAI-Hyderabad president V Rajasekhar Reddy, addressing the participants of the summit, said, “Organizing the Real Estate Summit-2023 is indeed a matter of happiness. The real estate sector contributes the second highest amount to the GDP. This sector paves the way significantly to growth, revenue generation, employment and for the progress of Telangana state.
In the new state of Telangana, the Hyderabad real estate achieved remarkable progress. This can be noticed preliminarily in the efforts made to groom the city as “Brand Hyderabad ” for living and working. The city has been attracting continuously latest investments due to attractive real estate prices, congenial business environment and talented workforce availability, location of main MNCs have created jobs through establishing their GCCs. It will pave the way for development. As long as there is a stable government in the state and industry-friendly government in Telangana the real estate contribution to GDP will continue.“
NAREDCO president Sunil Chandra Reddy, in his address, noted, “With the pursuing of new policies, development trends and activities that ensure stable growth of real estate sector, the realty sector has reached an inflection point. Sustaining the reforms and active development trends will continue in Telangana paving for the growth of the real estate sector in the state.”
Speaking on the occasion, Telangana Developers Association President GV Rao said, “The real estate sector in the city is continuously growing with the support of rapid infrastructural development, availability of talented employees, pleasant environment and concentrated efforts to establish Telangana as a destination for investment. As predicted in IPC’s presentations at the Real Estate Summit, we expect the state to grow and become the best residential, commercial and co-working space market for buyers across all segments.”
