Directors of Suraksha Realty Developers Paresh Parekh and Vijay Parekh have bought luxury flats in the upmarket Worli area of Mumbai at a whopping cost of Rs 100 crore. They purchased the two flats on the 26th and 27th floors of the Naman Xena Super Luxury project. The carpet area of each flat is put at 6458 sft. Currently, the project is under construction. They bought Rs 6 crore towards the stamp duty. Sri Naman Residency is executing the project. The Parekh brothers will get 8 parking lots along with the flats. The project has been a sea facing project. The two apartments are facing towards the sea offering a grand sea view. The project has been coming up on a 0.6-acre site. The project is being developed on a total plinth area of 4.72 lakh sft.
