Bollywood diva Sonam Kapoor sold her luxury apartment in Mumbai. The flat located in Kurla Complex of Bandra area of the commercial capital of the country was sold to the Delhi-based realtor SMF Infrastructure for Rs 32.5 crore. Several Bollywood celebrities owned flats in the Kurla Complex. The apartment has a carpet area of 4610 sft. Sonam Kapoor bought the super premium residential project in 2015 for Rs 31.48 crore.
The SMF Infrastructure paid Rs 1.95 crore towards the stamp duty. The transaction took place in on 29th of December. By virtue of the deal, the realtor will get four car parking slots. Besides the carpet area, a small open area which is part of the flat will go to the purchaser. In fact, the SMF Infrastructure contacted Sonam Kapoor in 2020 and later reached an agreement with the actress for the sale of the apartment.
