RV Nirmaan MD Ramchandra Reddy
RV Nirmaan MD Ramchandra Reddy opined that there is a need to expand the single window system, which gives multiple permissions in the construction sector. He had a special discussion with the real estate guru on these issues. And the details regarding the same are, in his words:
The formation of a new government in Telangana is good news. A Chief Minister with experience in real estate is a more positive aspect, which is an added advantage for Hyderabad city. As people from many states live here, the development of this city will continue further. Since the new CM Revanth has real estate experience, if he discusses and solves the pros and cons in this sector, the real estate sector of Hyderabad will move forward. It takes some time to develop an area anywhere. Madhapur took 10 years to develop. The Uppal area has not developed much, even after 15 years. The government should encourage its development. Apart from that, most of the systems are good now.
No matter how many reforms are brought in any field, some problems cannot be avoided. At a time like this, if the government discusses with everyone with transparency every two to three months, these problems will be solved. A single-window system has been introduced to grant certain permissions. But some departments are not implementing them. If the construction is taken up near the pond, it will go to the Irrigation Department from the single window. There should be a report within 15 days. But that is not happening. Again, the builders have to go there and get permission. Also, the airport authority and environmental clearance are in the same line. If all these are included in a single window, there is a possibility that all the permissions will come on time. We want the government to take the initiative in this regard.
