Actor Shahid Kapoor has bought a flat in the Oberoi 360 West project in Mumbai’s Worli. He acquired a flat with 5,614 square feet for Rs. 58.66 crore. This flat is located in Tower B and was purchased jointly with his wife, Mira, from Chandak Realtors Private Limited. Stamp duty of Rs. 1.75 crore was paid, and the registration took place on May 24. Along with the flat, three parking spaces for cars are also included.
Compared to last April, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region witnessed a 16% increase in registrations this April. In total, 11,504 units were registered in the Mumbai region, contributing Rs. 1,043 crores to the treasury. Among the registered units, 45% have a larger area of more than 500 square feet. This is 5% more than the same period last year.
