Rs 11 crore property turns into a dump yard

According to the current market rate, the land is worth more than Rs 11 thousand crores. 80 big across the football field size space. In other words, 4.5 lakh square feet. This place in Noida is truly a real estate gold mine. Do you know how such a place has become now? It’s become a dump yard.

Yes, you read it right! It was with Wave Group for six years. The company started the construction of two towers in a very small space and left it unfinished. Later in 2017, the place was handed over to the Noida Authority. The Noida Authority, which wanted to restore it, failed in that attempt. So, it was decided to use the expensive space in another way. The horticulture department has converted the site into a dry waste collection point for composting. With this, all the horticulture waste, flowers, and other waste in Noida started to be dumped there. As a result, it turned into a dumpyard. Recently, a huge fire broke out there on Monday. As a result of the smoke coming from there, many people faced difficulties. Firefighters had to work for two days to douse the fire. The government is drawing huge flak from people for turning such an expensive place into a dump yard. A Noida Authority official revealed that a scheme was brought up last year to take up a commercial project at that place, but it did not materialise due to a lack of suitable bidders. It has been revealed that another new scheme will be introduced after the Lok Sabha elections.
