Recent transactions show land prices have hit around ₹10 lakhs per square yard, and commercial property prices are in the crores.
For instance, a 68-square-yard plot recently sold for ₹6.80 crores. This surge in Begumbazar’s land prices has surprised many, surpassing even traditionally high-priced areas like Gachibowli and Banjara Hills.
