The Rajasthan RERA has started issuing NOC to builders to enable them to market and sell units in their projects. As per the rules, the builders should submit completion certificates obtained from local bodies to the RERA. Then only, they are entitled to sell or market their units. The RERA has decided to exempt this rule and started issuing exemption certificates collecting only nominal fee to enable marketing of the units by builders.
