Private equity investments in Indian realty sector last year crossed $ 340 crores, which demonstrates the excellent performance of the realty sector. The commercial office sector gained upper hand in attracting investments, according to Savills India Managing Director (Capital Market) Diwakar Rana. The consultancy predicted that the real estate sector will attract private equity investments to the tune of $ 350-400 crore in 2023.
