The ultra-luxury project of Rajapushpa Casa Luxuria is being built on a 7.5-acre site in the Kokapet Neopolis project. Rajapushpa Properties is going to build five towers, duly registering the project with the RERA. The project offers four basements and a stilt. Each tower would have 51 storeys and offer a total of 612 flats. Each floor is going to have only two or three flats alone. A clubhouse with a total plinth area of 60,000 square feet is going to be developed. Roof-top amenities are designed for each tower.
The realtor is developing its second project, Rajpushpa Aurelia, on a 12.51-acre site. The RERA-registered project would have seven towers, offering a total of 1561 flats to customers. The project would have three or four basements. The project has been designed as a stilt plus 56-storey structure. The clubhouse would have G+6 storeys. The total plinth area at the stilt level would be 50,000 square feet. The realtor is developing amenities in over 70,000 square feet. Each floor would have only four flats.
The realtor is coming out with the Rajpushpa Infina project in Manchirevula, near Narsingi. The total plinth area of each 3 BHK flat would be 3080 sft, while 4 BHK flats would have a plinth area of 3700 sft each. Flats with plinth areas of 4425 sft and 5725 sft, including the maid’s room.
With regard to the clubhouse, it is going to be developed into over 60,000 square feet. The project has been located close to the ORR exit near Gandipet. One can travel to RGIA from the project in just 20 minutes.
Where there is a need for delay, prospective buyers are advised to choose any one project from the three and fulfil their dreams of owning a roof of their own.
