The project started with four basements that are being built at a height of 51 floors with stilts. There are a total of 612 flats in it. It has designed only 2 and 3 flats per floor. A single clubhouse is being developed in an area of about 60,000 square feet. Rooftop amenities are designed for each tower. As far as the area of the flats is concerned, four-bedroom flats are being built in 5,735 and 5,760 square feet of area. Five BHK flats are being built in an area of 6,765 and 7790 square feet.
