It is well known that Rajapushpa Properties, which has always been at the forefront on this list, has recently proved its uniqueness by setting a new record of sorts.
Rajapushpa Properties has launched a project called Pristinia at Kokapet upon obtaining RERA. The company fixed a discounted price for it’s old customers who are keen to own flats in this project, being built on about 12.1 acres. On the first day itself, around 200 flats were sold. Interestingly, this project has not been officially launched by Rajapushpa Properties. Except for informing select loyal customers, there was no announcement in the market at all. It is an indication that a good project will be well received by buyers, irrespective of the market conditions.
