Hyderabad: Praneeth Group has embarked on constructing a luxury gated villa community project named Knightwoods in Beeramguda. The brochure was recently unveiled by the company MD Narendra Kamaraj at the corporate office in Jubilee Hills. The company will develop about 459 villas in the GHMC approved project. Praneeth’s Knightwoods project, spread over more than 28 acres, will have duplex and triplex villas constructed in an extent of 150-213 sq.yards.
A glimpse into the villags built by Praneeth Group in Beeramguda, one would get a fine idea about their construction quality and design. In fact, it was the Praneeth Group that brought craze to the Beeramguda area. The company is moving forward with the goal of completing this project, which is currently at the foundation level, in two years. The starting rate has been fixed at Rs 1.35 crore for each villa. But for a slightly larger sized triplex villa, one has to shell out around Rs 1.8 crore.
Tailored to home owners taste
Whenever Praneeth undertakes construction, the company designs the project to suit the tastes of its buyers. They think ahead of others and incorporate modern amenities in their projects. For instance, the Knightwoods project will showcase a horticulture landscaping. The clubhouse which is a G+3 storey construction, is spread over an area of ??37,700 sft and consists of modern amenities on par with the luxury villa gated communities in posh localities like Gachibowli and Kokapet.
The project has an AC gym, mini home theater, outdoor fitness station, amphitheater, skating rink, bicycle track, sewerage treatment plant and kitchen waste converter among other facilities. Further, the gaming zone includes an indoor badminton court, tennis court, basketball court, children’s play area, jogging track and play station. To summarise, the company is tailoring the entire villa project to suit the ideas and tastes of younger generations.
