Hyderabad: The Telangana State RERA has approved construction of a 57-storey skyscraper in Hyderabad. The developer of the project SAS has named the project as SAS Crown.
The G+57-storey structure would be built on a 4.2-acre site and would have five towers. The flats being built in the SAS Crown would have four storeys each. The plinth area of the flats being developed will be 6565 sft, 6999 sft and 8811 sft. Duplex flats would have a plinth area of 17000 sft. But, their number would be limited. There is good demand for these exclusive flats. A specially-designed swimming pool would be one of the many attractive features of the project. Those who live in these flats can swim in the pool engrossed in the Nature’s splendour.
The first three towers would have 8811-sft flats, while the fourth tower would have flats with a plinth area of 6565sft. The plinth area fixed for each flat in the fifth tower would be 6999 sft. The cost of 8811-sft flat is put at Rs 8.81 crore, while 6565-sft flat was priced at Rs 6.57 crore. The price of 6999-sft flat was fixed at Rs 7 crore each. If anyone wants to buy the four-storey duplex flat, the price would be almost double.
Sky lounge
The project’s clubhouse is being built in 69,000 sft. Those who own property in the sky scraper can meet others and have get-togethers in multi-function hall facility nestled in green surroundings. Pavilions provide for celebrating family gathering occasions. There are private rooms in the clubhouse.
To have business meetings, there are facilities for power-point presentation. There is an entertainment lounge for reading. There is a special lounge for presenting events live. The amenities offered include kids camping lawn, amphitheater. The project has reserved at least one lakh sft to enable the flat residents conduct life style activities. The SAS says that the project would be ready by 2027.
