An expensive deal in Bengaluru
Expensive property deal in Bengaluru Koramangala takes place as Quess Corp. MD Ajit Isaac buys a 10,000-square feet plot in the third block of Koramangala, known as Billionaire Lane, by spending Rs. 67.5 crore. It is said to be an expensive deal in Bengaluru. Related sources revealed that Isaac bought this property belonging to Arvind Reddy and Geetha Reddy, and the deal was completed last week. It is not clear whether the property was purchased as an investment or for redevelopment.
Meanwhile, in this transaction, the price per square foot crossed Rs. 70,300 and set a new benchmark in the Bengaluru market. In the past, TVS Motor bought a space on the same line for Rs. 68,000 per square feet, which was the most expensive deal until now. In the same area in 2019, Sachin Bansal, the founder of Flipkart Co., bought a property by spending Rs. 45 crore.
