A Knight Frank report revealed that 6,415 properties were registered in March. The value of these is estimated to be up to Rs. 4000 crore. However, compared to March 2023, eight percent of registrations have declined.
About 59 percent of the real estate priced below Rs. 50 lakh was registered. 13 percent were registered between Rs 1 crore and 2 crore, while properties worth more than Rs 2 crore were registered at about 2 percent. It is noteworthy that houses of 1,000 to 2,000 square feet are registered up to 70%. The registration of houses less than 500 square feet was recorded at two percent. From January to March 2024, triple-bedroom flats were registered in Kondapur and Kokapet, but not a single 3.5 BHK flat was registered, compared to three percent at the same time last year.
